摘要：介绍了硅烷薄膜成膜原理，阐述了薄膜工艺在涂装技术以及环保方面的优点，结合生产线的应用情况，总结了薄膜前处理出现的常见问题并给出了相应对策。

Abstract

This article introduces the principle of silane film formation and elaborates on the advantages of film technology in coating technology and environmental protection.Combined with the application of production lines,common problems in film pretreatment are summarized and corresponding countermeasures are provided.
